Returns & Exchanges

Katfood Skincare will accept all returns or exchange requests if the products are returned to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery. Please note that refunds will not include the outward shipping fee and a restocking fee of S$12 will be deducted from the final amount you will be refunded for. 

Return/Exchange in 3 easy steps

Write to us at or via our contact page with your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.

Ensure that the return items are unopened and unused*, and pack them securely* with your name and order number written on the package.

After receiving our confirmation that your products are returnable within 2-3 working days, ship your return items via a reliable shipping service that provides a tracking number. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be borne by you.


* The product must not have been used, show any signs of wear and tear, and the packaging must not have been damaged. If the packaging is damaged in any way or if the product has been opened/used, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.

* Items lost or damaged during return shipping will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Items that are purchased during sales or using a promotion code are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchanges. Exchanges are one time only.
