Why Is POSITIVITEA A Powder?

We remove water from our formulations to deliver the freshest and most concentrated experience each and every use. Only unprocessed and food-based active ingredients make it into our products – no fillers, no preservatives, no fragrance, no oils, no nasties, and no worries!

 

My skin is really sensitive and/or prone to breakouts, is POSITIVITEA suitable for me?

Our mask is formulated to be safe and gentle for use on all skin types, so the answer is absolutely yes! However if you are worried, we recommend that you do a patch test on a small area on the side of your face prior to use.

 

Does Katfood Test On Animals?

We will NEVER test on animals – we love our furry friends too much! We are PETA certified as animal test-free and vegan.

 

Does Katfood Use Natural Ingredients?

Yes! All Katfood products are made with natural and naturally derived whole food ingredients from around the world known to protect and enhance your skin!

 

Are Katfood Products Vegan?

Definitely! There are NO animal by-products in Katfood and all our products are 100% vegan friendly.

 

What Fragrances Are In Katfood Products?

Our refreshing and herbalicious scent in POSITIVITEA comes ONLY from natural, finely ground matcha (green tea) leaf powder and other botanicals. We absolutely do not use any fragrance, natural or synthetic, in all our products.

 

How Many Times Should I Use My Katfood Products?

POSITIVITEA takes just 10 minutes of your day, twice a week, to unleash your skin's full potential!

 

How Long Does My POSITIVITEA Last?

Each bottle contains 60g of mask grains. If you use POSITIVITEA twice a week, it should last you about 4 months, enough to see some visible results!

 

How Long Until I See Results?

Immediately! Your skin will feel silky smooth, bright and hydrated after use :)

 

How should I store POSITIVITEA?

Please be sure to store it in a cool, dry place away from direct heat.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We love to spoil you! We offer FREE shipping on all Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia orders.

We ship worldwide too! International shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

How Will My Order Be Shipped?

All Singapore orders are shipped to your door via Qxpress courier service, and all Malaysia and Indonesia orders are shipped to your door by Ninja Van Express. International shipping methods vary and may be selected at checkout.

 

How Long Will My Order Take To Ship?

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of purchase.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

Orders submitted on ilovekatfood.com are processed and shipped very quickly, therefore we are unable to change the shipping address on an existing order. Please be careful to provide accurate information when placing your order.

 

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information that you can use to track your order.

All Singapore orders may be tracked here and all Malaysia and Indonesia orders may be tracked here*.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Katfood Skincare will accept all returns or exchange requests if the products are returned to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery. Please note that refunds will not include the outward shipping fee and a restocking fee of S$12 will be deducted from the final amount you will be refunded for.

 

Return/Exchange In 3 Easy Steps

  1. Write to us at hello@ilovekatfood.com or via our contact page with your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.
  2. Ensure that the return items are unopened and unused*, and pack them securely* with your name and order number written on the package.
  3. After receiving our confirmation that your products are returnable within 2-3 working days, ship your return items via a reliable shipping service that provides a tracking number. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be borne by you.

* The product must not have been used, show any signs of wear and tear, and the packaging must not have been damaged. If the packaging is damaged in any way or if the product has been opened/used, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.

* Items lost or damaged during return shipping will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
 
 
 
Items that are purchased during sales or using a promotion code are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchanges. Exchanges are one time only.

We currently ship to the following countries: Austria, Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam

For shipments outside of Singapore, please note that any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied are the customer's responsibility.
